Governor Tim Pawlenty Ignores $6 Million
Non-Profit Theft In Minnesota!
Elk River, Minn.-(ICNEWSWIRE) -- March 9, 2008. In a final twist in Minnesota's response to the well documented $6 Million non-profit corporate theft of Elk River's Solid Rock Church, Governor Tim Pawlenty has chosen to turn a blind eye to the crime like other authorities in the State. According to the Rev. Edward G. Palmer, crimes now pays off in a big way in Minnesota. Palmer also said: "The story used to be one of how a white collar criminal successfully stole $6 million in property after first disenfranchising the voters of the non-profit corporation. Now however, the more interesting story seems to be why all of the authorities in the State of Minnesota that deal with criminal matters, including Governor Tim Pawlenty, have chosen to ignore this well documented crime,
Rev. Edward G. Palmer said: "God sent me to the Elk River Assembly of God Church after its Senior Pastor was convicted of having sex with some female members of the church that he was consulting regarding marital issues. The church lost at least half of its members when the Rev. James Hoogenboom was convicted of these sex crimes. God sent me to help reconstruct the church. Little did the members, including myself, know that the next Senior Pastor William Neal Matthews would turn out to be a corporate thief who would successfully steal the church and all of its property estimated at $6 Million dollars. The crime was successfully pulled off by Matthews orchestrating the filing of fraudulent Articles of Incorporation changes. I discovered the crime in April of 1998 after a lot of investigation. It has since been reported to the Elk River Police, the Sherburne County Sheriff, the Sherburne County Attorney, the Minnesota Attorney General Mike Hatch and now finally to Governor Tim Pawlenty. Virtually all of the Minnesota authorities who could have taken action against the thieves have instead turned a blind eye to the crime. Therefore, the $6 Million Non-Profit theft of Solid Rock Church and its properties through manipulated and false Articles of Incorporation filings now stands as a successful white collar crime in Minnesota."
Edward G. Palmer is a biblical scholar and the author of the four-volume "Book of Edward: Christian Mythology," which is in print and online. The Rev. Palmer has documented how the above crime was pulled off at http://www.james417.org. The corporate meetings along with false article filings are now a matter of public record and have been made available at this web site. Therefore, Minnesota authorities cannot claim that this crime never occurred. Rev. Palmer is the president of Apostle Ministry, Inc., 13570 Grove Drive #361, Maple Grove, MN 55311.
